CFD-01 Fire Damper – A0 (A60), H0(H120) or E120S and BS476 Fire Classifications

Flamgard CFD-01 Fire damper. EN 1366-2 tested for categories ‘E’ Integrity ‘S’ Smoke . Maximum single module size 3100×3100 mm (DNV-GL), 2050×2050 mm (ABS) for A class applications. H class applications are also accommodated at various sizes.

CFD-01-ICB – EI120S Insulated fire damper

Flamgard CFD-01-ICB Fire damper. A High Integrity insulated Fire Damper used to prevent the spread of flame, smoke and heat through a HVAC system, in the event of a fire.

  • EN 1366-2 tested for categories ‘E’ Integrity, ‘S’ Smoke, ‘I’ Insulation
  • Low leakage in accordance to BS EN 7151 Class 3 and Class C
  • ATEX rated
FDB2 – A0(A60) Fire and Gas Damper

Halton FDB2 fire dampers are type-approved by the most recognized classification societies: class A0 without insulation, A15-A60 when suitably insulated. Blades contain silicone seals (effective up to 300 ºC) for low leakage in normal conditions and thermal expansion graphite seals (effective from 150 ºC) to increase tightness even up to 50% in a case of fire.

  • Closed blade leakage to EN 1751,
    Class 1 to 3 depending on size
  • Casing leakage to EN 1751, Class B
  • SIL 2 safety assessment certificate available for the damper on specific terms

FDO – A0(A60) Fire and Gas Damper

Halton FDO fire dampers are type-approved class A0 – A60 fire damper when suitably insulated. The blade contains seals (effective up to 270 ºC).

  • Closed blade leakage to EN 1751,
    Class 2 to 4 depending on size
  • Casing leakage to EN 1751, Class C
  • SIL 2 safety assessment certificate available for the damper on specific terms
  • Available as ATEX certified by order
FDA – A0(A60) Fire and Gas Damper

Halton FDA fire dampers are type-approved by most recognized classification societies: A0 without insulation, A-15 to A-60 when suitably insulated. Blades contain stainless steel spring seals for low leakage in normal conditions and thermal expansion graphite seals (effective from 150ºC) to seal the damper in case of fire. Silicon sealing as an option.

  • Closed blade leakage to EN 1751,
    Class 3 for size > 300×300 mm and for size > 200×200 mm (silicon seals)
  • Casing leakage to EN 1751, Class C
  • SIL 2 safety assessment certificate available for the damper on specific terms

FDH – H0(120) Fire and Gas Damper

Halton FDH fire dampers are type-approved by the most recognized classification societies: class H0(H120) fire damper when suitably insulated. Pre-insulated H0(H60) with ceramic wool at the factory. H0(H120) with additional insulation on site. Blades insulated with ceramic wool.

  • Closed blade leakage to EN 1751,
    Class 3 for size > 300×300 mm
  • Casing leakage to EN 1751, Class C

CCD-01 – Heavy Duty Control Damper

Flamgard type CCD-01 Heavy Duty Shut-Off and Control Damper has been specifically designed to meet the rigorous duty required in a hazardous environment where robust construction and dependable operation are of prime importance.

  • Can also be utilized as an High Integrity Isolation damper and/or Volume control damper

CCD-02 – Medium Duty Control Damper

Flamgard CCD-02 Medium Duty Control Damper has been specifically designed for the industrial market where medium weight, construction and dependable operation are of prime importance. These versatile dampers are suitable for automatic and manual operation and may be used for: system balancing, pressure control, fresh air re circulation and many more functions.

CCD-C1 – Circular Control Damper

Flamgard type CCD-C1 Circular Control Damper has been designed to fit into circular ductwork systems where space is restricted. These versatile dampers are suitable for automatic and manual control and may be used for fan shut-off, fresh air re circulation and many more functions.

UTA – Gastight shut-off damper

Halton UTA dampers are used to shut-off and balance airflow rates in high pressure ductworks. Dampers meet international standards for rectangular and round ducts. In the open position, the blades face the direction of flow and do not cause a significant pressure loss. The UTA is used as a shut-off, gas and balancing damper in applications where tightness and reliability are important.

  • A closed damper fulfils the requirement of leakage class 3 (EN1751:2014) for size ≥ 300×300 mm (stainless steel seals) and for size ≥ 150×150 mm (silicon seals)
  • Classification of casing leakage (EN1751:2014) class C
UTP – Balancing damper

Halton UTP dampers are used to balance airflow rates in high pressure ductwork. Dampers meet international standards for rectangular and round ducts. In the open position, the blades face the direction of flow and do not cause a significant pressure loss.

  • Leakage class of a closed damper according to EN 1751:2014 class 1. Tested size 1000×1000 mm
  • Classification of casing leakage (EN 1751:2014) class B
CBD-01 – Heavy Duty Backdraught Damper

Flamgard type CBD-01 Backdraught Damper has been designed to give maximum efficiency under arduous conditions and is suitable for fitting with the air flow in one direction only.

  • SIL 2 rated to IEC 62508-2:2010
CBD-02 – Medium Duty to Low Leakage Backdraught/Non Return Damper

Flamgard type CBD-02 Damper has been designed to give maximum shut-off under back-flow conditions and is suitable for fitting with the air flow in one direction only.

CPR01 – Pressure Relief Damper

Flamgard type CPR-01 Pressure Relief Damper has been designed to give maximum efficiency under arduous conditions and is suitable for the air outlets of electrical equipment rooms, control rooms and living quarters. These areas are maintained at a higher pressure than surrounding areas to prevent the ingress of hazardous gases. The differential pressure is usually 63 N/m² although this may be increased to provide a greater safety margin.

BLD – Non-Return Damper

Halton BLD non-return dampers are used in offshore and marine applications to prevent backflow through ventilation ductwork.

BRD – Pressure-Relief Damper

Halton BRD pressure-relief dampers are used in offshore, marine and industrial applications to regulate the pressure in the ductwork system.

BLD-01 – High Pressure Blast Damper

Flamgard type BLD-01 High Pressure Blast Damper is of a high performance design suitable for the arduous conditions encountered in offshore/onshore oil and gas, marine, nuclear, tunnel and industrial environments. The Blast Damper has been independently blast performance tested and is certified by SIRA to 04ATEX9322 for ATEX Group II Category 2 G/D use by SIRA.

BLD-02 – Medium Pressure Blast Damper

BDH – Blast protection damper

Halton BDH blast dampers protect against overpressure in offshore, onshore and heavy industry ventilation systems. The BDH blast damper can be installed in rectangular ducts or wall openings. When the blades are in the open position, the device does not cause significant pressure loss, noise or flow disturbance.

CWL-01 – Fixed Blade Weather Louvre

Flamgard CWL-01 Fixed Blade Weather Louvre has been designed specifically to meet the arduous conditions encountered offshore and is suitable for fitting to duct inlets or exhausts.

HL – Triple Deflection Eliminator

Flamgard type HL high efficiency triple deflection moisture eliminator has been designed specifically to meet the arduous conditions encountered in offshore and marine environments and is suitable for fitting to duct inlets or exhausts where higher water removal rates can be achieved, than with conventional louvres.

SL – Double Deflection Eliminator

Flamgard type SL high efficiency double deflection moisture eliminator has been designed specifically to meet the arduous conditions encountered in offshore and marine environments and is suitable for fitting to duct inlets or exhausts.
