Halton Selected to Support Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station Project
Lahti, Finland and Ebbw Vale, Wales – Halton Wales, part of Halton Group, a global technology leader in demanding indoor environments, has been awarded a major contract to supply specialist high-integrity HVAC dampers for the Sizewell C nuclear power station project in the United Kingdom.
The contract represents a major strategic and commercial milestone for Halton. Valued in the several tens of millions of euros, it is one of the most significant project awards in the company’s history and further strengthens Halton’s position as a trusted partner for large-scale nuclear infrastructure developments.
The contract builds on Halton’s successful contribution to the Hinkley Point C project and continues its long-standing and highly valued collaboration with Axima UK, the company’s customer on both projects.
Drawing on expertise developed through years of involvement in the nuclear sector, Halton will manufacture and supply high-integrity HVAC dampers from its facility in Ebbw Vale, South Wales. These critical components are designed to support the safety, reliability, and operational resilience required within nuclear power generation environments.
